any work, service, request, revision, coordination, document handling, research, support, or assistance outside that base scope is treated as additional work;
additional work is priced separately and is performed only after further discussion and explicit agreement.

We reserve the right to determine whether a request falls within the included base scope or should be treated as an additional service.

7. Pricing and VAT

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

all prices shown on the website are in EUR;
listed prices are for the relevant package base scope only;
all listed prices exclude VAT;
any additional services, custom requests, third-party costs, state fees, banking fees, legal fees, accounting fees, translation fees, notarial fees, courier fees, certification fees, platform fees, or other external costs are not included unless clearly stated otherwise in writing.

Pricing shown on the website may be updated from time to time without prior notice, but any price already expressly confirmed in writing for a specific client request will be governed by that written confirmation.
